We dispatch most days and will ship your pods within 48 hours of your order via Australia Post. If you are in VIC, QLD, NSW, SA or ACT you should expect to receive your order within 5 business working days after you have placed your order or 7 business days if your in NT, WA or TAS.
In the event an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil the order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or refund.
Standard shipping is charged a flat rate of $7. Express post can be arranged at an additional fee.
All orders will be delivered to the address specified on the order. In the instance the delivery address is an office, shared house or apartment, the delivery agent will make reasonable attempts to contact you, however you agree that we may deliver to an individual at the address providing reliable instructions.
If no one is home to sign for the parcel, it may be delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office or returned to us at Pod Addiction Coffee.
Should you enter the incorrect address, we are not obligated to re-send another order at our expense. A new order can be arranged and you will be charged the original rate.
We are not liable for any damage to your order due to loss or late delivery. We cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure to our agreement.
From time to time we may dispatch parts of your order from multiple locations due to stock availability. Please note on low stock items, we will contact you informing you on the expected availability and delivery of these items.
Pod Addiction Coffee takes reasonable care to ensure all orders are satisfied and in the event an order is inaccurate due to product description, pricing or availability, Pod Addiction Coffee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice and without any liability on the part of Pod Addiction Coffee. Pod Addiction Coffee will not be bound by typographical, technical inaccuracies incorrect on Pod Addiction Coffee documents or website.
If you believe an item is faulty, your goods may be sent back to the manufacturer for them to assess within a reasonable period of time.
If goods are damaged through misuse, abnormal use,accidental use and through wear and tear, we are not obligated to provide a refund, exchange or repair.
In the event goods are damaged via the post, we will gladly replace any damaged goods if we are notified via email email@example.com within seven days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned with all items sealed in their original packing, within seven days after you have contacted us to proceed with an exchange. Your name, invoice number, contact details and reason for return must be clearly stated and included with your returned goods.
Any exchange is at the discretion of Pod Addiction Coffee should you contact us after seven days of receiving the goods. Please note: Pod Addiction Coffee will not accept returns of goods if they are used and are not returned sealed in original packing with all items.
When the above criteria are met when returning your goods, like for like items may be exchanged subject to availability, otherwise a credit note will be issued. No cash will be returned.
